Sales Kick Off is a Castlight annual meeting to help boost morale, build team trust and rapport, and ensure that the entire company understands the priorities and roadmap for the year ahead.

Each year's SKO has a unique theme. It's often related to the event location. SKO 2019 was held in New Orleans, the visual theme is influenced by New Orleans's jazz culture. By using bold colors combining with iconic musical instruments we want to bring out the energetic messaging of the year.

The key messaging of SKO 2020 is every day is day 1. Visual theme centered around bold graphics and geometric big types to showcase bright, high energy and positive vision of the year 2020. I designed the animated backgrounds for presentation breaks.
